Alright I changed my idler pulley but my belt is louder then ever. What do I need to change to make it quit. Its loud when cold by quiets down after it warms up. I sprayed the pulleys with belt dressing and nothing.. The belt hasn't been changed for along time (Not sure when). What would be the next move? I'm trying not to spend a arm & leg but I want to fix this before it gets worse..

Try your belt
I had the same problem with my Explorer recently and changed the idler pulley and belt tensioner but the problem turned out to be the belt. The reason I didn't first suspect the belt was it was last replaced in December, so it was only 3 months old. After putting the OE parts back on with new belt problem solved for now.
