What plugs and oil filter

Getting another Ranger,1987 2.3 4x4 5spd man trans.I have 4 new Autolite spark plugs #765 and a new Mortorcraft oil filter will these fit this engine? Thanks

Can't remember if those are the right plugs, but if you have the FL-1A oil filter, that will work.

Thanks for your reply. Once I got to see the truck I realized that it was a 2.9 V-6 and not a 4 banger Thanks for your reply.
