the CEL is on and it runs rough like its rich all the time, and the fuel consumption is horrible. The code shows insufficient egr flow. I checked the technical library first for guidance, and did the suction test(sorry guys no vacuum pump) on the vacuum line of the egr valve with no effect. Took the valve off, everything is clean, including the intake header as far as I can see.I can see and hear the valve operating. I also replaced the vacuum hoses to the differential sensor(one was definitely bad) with no effect. Given the suction test does it have to be a mechanical egr/blockage issue or could it still be something else like the differrential sensor. Any help is greatly appreciated
