Well, I had to replace my spring hangers on the 96. I ordered front and rear hangers along with new shackles and the poly-bushing kit. I thought I was all set to go. I started this project yesterday and managed to get one spring off and half of the front hanger. My spring was hanging on to a 1/2" of metal and the e-brake lines, I was lucky I caught it when I did. SO I wanted to check and make sure the bushings were the right size.............they aren't. I have Chassis Tech springs and they appear to use the same size bushing front and rear and neither is a stock size. I e-mailed them asking what I could do. Any of you guys have any ideas? The bushings that were in the leaves are shot so I can't reuse them either.
