I need to replace a lower ball joint in my '86 F150. It's a 2wd and I know how to do it... I just don't know what tool I need. Harbor Freight has at least three different sets of adapters.

There is this one: (doesn't say what it works with)

And this one...again doesn't say
http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=4065

again..

one more.

Which one do I need? Obviously one of the first two because it's got the c-clamp...but do either of the first two come with the right adapters for what I'm doing?:icon_confused:

the first one is your very basic set,the second one has a few more adapters. The third one is an add on adapter set. Mine persoanlly looks like a dang briefcase and cost almost $400, but for someone who only uses it a few times in thier life I guess they'd work fine. Hope you have a good impact gun to turn the screw, I hate doing that by hand.

Yeah, I have every tool at my disposal except the press. So you think one of the first two will work and have the right adapters?
