My buddy and I hauled our rigs up to Touchanon, just outside of Dayton, WA. He has a 1985 Jeep Cherokee, 2.5L four banger, five speed, lifted on 31s. We found some trails, some mud, and overall had a great time. I tried as hard as I could to break something, but I just couldn't do it (besides a taillight). Anyways, on to the pics:
Climbing over a log:
More trail shots:
Stucks:
In the XJ's defense, it had terrible tires. BFG A/T's, but they were like racing slicks:
Buried my front passenger tire:
Backed into the bank trying to turn around on a tight trail:
Some scenery:
It was a damn fun trip, I can't wait for next year. Hopefully I'll be up on 33s by then.
