I installed new wiper blades so I don't think that's not part of the problem. It seems that there is slop or play between the grooved male wiper drive knob at the base of the windshield and the interior of the wiper arm which locks on over the knob and also play in the wiper drive shafts. There is a black plastic cover with a hex on it. Could this be used to tighten the shaft bushing and remove some of the play? Need help, thanks.
