Yeah, but you'll have to make sure that your pre-load is correct on each lifter, and shim if needed.

I believe that stuffforyourranger.com has those also, but it says theirs require tapping. I don't think anyone makes locking adjuster nuts for metric thread which is a big bummer.
 
have u ever tried 351 cleaveland stock rockers wich are 1.73
