Remote Locks?

I test drove an `01 Ranger XLT today and the key chain didn't have a remote on it. Are remote locks standard on `01 Rangers or did the dealer just not give me the remote? I didn't think to ask when I was there.
 
xlt should have key less entry, did it have power locks? if it did then there is a good chance it has key less entry.
 
Yeah I guess it would depend if the Ranger had power locks or not...
