whats the travel on an '08 ranger?

i have an '08 ranger with a 3inch spindle and block lift. i was wondering if anybody new what the travel might be? any knowledge would be great!

same as stock i think. the spindle wont increase travel and neither would the block, a coil lift and shackle would give you better numbers
 
dangerranger do you have torsion bars? if so where did you get your lift spindles and blocks
