well i found a really good deal and decided to jump on it. i now have a 12" alpine type R sub with a very good alpine amp. i now have to decide where to put it. i have the super cab and i know i have to sacrifice a seat in the back which is fine because i rarely take 4 people any way. what box should i make and where should i put it.

thanks guys, im really excited to get my truck bumping

you don't have to sacrifice a seat.... look at the thread sub with jumper seats

id say, behind the driver, no one likes to sit back there anyway, and it leaves leg room for the person.

yeah i was thinking of that too but wouldn't the box make me un able to move the driver seat back?

i have my subs behind the drivers seat and you cant recline as far but you'll still have more adjustment then needed, unless your 6'6". my bro is fine driving it with a box behind the driver seat and he is 6'2"

it all depends on how tall you are, im 6' and i only have a slight taper to my box, and i can recline and sleep in my truck, so it should be an issue
