JBA Racing is the only company that makes 4.0 SOHC headers. They are pricey and don't add much power because the stock manifolds are already pretty good.
But it's your money.
Every cat-back system I've seen exits all the way out back, so you'd have to have an exhaust shop custom bend something for you to exit in front of the tire.

Summit racing has a large selection of headers for the 4.0/ not sure if ohv or ohc thoe
