Power window motor bushings

I have to replace the bushings on one power window motor, and I saw there is a stock replacement (plastic) and a "built to last" metal ones.

My question is would do you recommend?
 
From what I have read the plastic ones are best, the metal ones will destroy the gears. I am doing the same operation myself, gonna go plastic.
