I have a lot of time during the day, as I work nights. I have a welder. I like meat. I think I should build a BBQ.

Anyone ever build their own? Know where I can get some good plans? I'd like one that will also work good as a smoker. I found this, should I just build something like that?

Check out www.smokingmeatforums.com they have some builds on their site.
Found some good stuff there, getting some ideas. I'm really considering building one on a trailer, and I really like some of the setups those guys have.

I'm considering building a wood smoker, my dad owns a hardwood sawmill, quite convenient :D I also have a few ideas for different BBQ sauces, much of the flavor I think I can add with local ingredients, gotta try to make a few.

If anyone has built their own, or even just has one, lets see some pictures.
