Take it to a local tuner if anything! I doubt you know what your doing because if you did, you wouldn't be asking this question. A tune won't do much on the 3.0L. Not worth the $350.

well in my country there are no tuners good enough so i'd rather stay stock, i don't like to take my car to someone that doesn't know what his doing lol! do you have any idea if someone has made a 3.0 turbo? i was thinking that could be the way to add more power to the ranger,by the way nice grill with the fog lights I put a pair of fog light on mine but behind the grill i will update this week my cardomain space and send it so you can check it out!

Sniper tuning would probably be your best bet. Look in the forced induction forum on this site for anyone who has done a turbo set up. i haven't seen one but i bet it could be done by removing the cats and mounting the turbo in place of the first cat. You wouldn't need anything bigger than a 57mm turbo as that would be sufficient for about 500 hp ish. or you can look for a good condition used toyota ct26 from an mk3 supra. Those will only put out like 300hp (wheel) but the 3.0 vulcan wont take much more than that.
