I was looking at the TireGate spare ire carriers and they only list them for the styleside beds. Is there any difference to the styleside and flareside beds as far as the tailgate is concerned?
 
The flare side bed has a narrower tailgate.
 
Yup, pretty much.

You could also look into the Fabtech angled spare tire carrier.
 
How difficult would it be to put one on from the B2?
 
Do a search, there was a guy who posted that a while back.
