So here's the deal, i got backed into the other day, and the lady's gonna take care of everything. I'm planning on getting a used bed and just having it painted by a guy i know.

My question is; could i use the bed off of my grandpa's '94 Ranger, or would there be fitting problems?

Also does anyone know where there are any good junk yards (aside from crazy rays) around the D.C. area that sells used parts?

Thanks for any helpful responses.

Tony

If both trucks are short beds, then it will fit. If both are long beds, it will fit. If one is short and the other is long, it won't fit.

Any Ranger bed from 1993-2009 will fit, as long as it's the correct length.

4WD, 2WD, flareside, stepside ... all have the same mounting points. That is all that matters.

just need a size T55 socket and a big breaker bar. I'd climb up underneath and soak everything really well with pb blaster first as a couple of mine were very rusty the first time it came off.
