Not without a lot of work.
Different clutch hydraulics to start
relocating the transmission crossmember (mount is in a different place)
Different driveshaft (trans is shorter and different spline)
Relocated shifter...
Any benefit? the mazda is an improvment over the T-K, primarily in switching from weak ball bearings on the T-K to the tapered rollers in the Mazda.
The Mazda is a much stronger trans but nothing lives forever.
