Bought a car cleaning kit from Wal-mart for 10 bucks, came with this foam wheel clean stuff.
Dirty grimy wheels. Time for a little cleaning action!
Can of wheel cleaner, sponge and bucket for rinsing as we have no hose yet this year, and some rags (I suggest some better quality cloths)
Spray on a thin layer of foam.
Let soak for a few seconds then rinse.
Dry and buff QUICKLY after rinsing and your done. Takes a few seconds and combined with a power ball or some elbow grease (LOL) and your wheels are left shining for a long time. Does a decent job of not letting dust stick to the chrome.
From my experience it made the shine very effortless, I just sprayed on wiped off. 30 second job per wheel. Didn't come as shiny as I'd like but this was due to the fact that I had already done one wheel and was working with a dirty cloth, which sucked in the first place.
