If you stay around a 31-33" tire, the front IFS should be OK with a locker as long as you don't get crazy with it. I wouldn't go any bigger on the tire size though mainly due to the CV axle shafts.
IIRC, the only lockers available for it are the Aussie, and Powertrax No-Slip (the SLA IFS diff carrier isn't the same as other D35s)
