Sounds like it doesn't know the words. LOL
At those speeds/rpms the fan is engaged and might be sounding weird. Testing the alt is simple with a meter, as well run the engine for a minute and then touch the alt. If you put your hand on it and can't keep it there because of the temp, then the bearings are shot.

The IAC valve has been known to cause a humming sound. Try cleaning it to see if that helps.
