So I had an axle in my bed for the longest time and I'm pretty sure the brake fluid leaked out onto my hurculiner and now it smells like dead burnt ass :bad:, I have washed it multiple times and cannot get rid of the smell anyone have any tips or suggestions?

sand/cut the spot out and redo the liner?

obviously it may not look the best, but you'd think it would work.

*sigh, probably unfortunately the damaged area appears to be all along the drivers side maybe about a foot wide

Old ass diff fluid smells like the inside of a long dead hooker.

I had a 30 year old dana 44's worth of diff fluid in my bed and it reaked to all hell.

Get some tide with bleach, the laundry deturgant. Spread it all over the bed and let it sit for a few hours. Then hose it out and repeat a few times. It'll get the stank out.

dude i never knew that:icon_rofl:

I wouldn't say it is confined to old diff fluid. I had a couple bottles of new fluid tip over in the trunk of my car and it stank for a year. I hate the smell of diff fluid...
