so is it possible to swap a 99 4dr exploder one peice driveshaft into a 95 x cab ranger? i hear 1 peices are better if you are gonna lift it a lil bit...

It may fit with a lot of custom work($$$$), but...
Why not just get a 1-piece driveshaft from a '98 and up Xtra cab Ranger?
Easy install (aside from cutting out the crossbrace. those rivets are TOUGH) and readily available for ~$100.

I've often wondered about the explorer sport trac drive shafts...seeing as how I own one i guess i could measure it and see if its the same or not and the ext cab ranger 1 piece shaft.

Guy on the Explorer and Sport Trac boards, with possibly the most hard-core Sport Trac in existence, lists a Ranger aluminum driveshaft among his mods.
