94 ford ranger 4x4 electronic transfer case 3.0 v6 automatic tranny... so here is the story im driving to work today my truck starts slowing down. i still have it in drive while i push on the gas engine just revs not moving at all. i parked it went through all the gears its an automatic. when i put it in drive and hit the gas the engine just revs and spedometer goes to 35-45 mph all while truck is sitting. when i put it in to 4 wheel it makes a terrible noise. could this be my transfer case or something else. thanks any input will help.
