Oil Galley Plugs

I'm just wondering if anyone has been able to remove the 2 ball bearings that have been pressed into the oil galleys that supply the lifters.
I'm cleaning the block before reassembly and would like to clean those 2 galleys also.
 
to the top. My machinist didn't do this to my block after the block was media blasted and bored. The cam bearings are already installed so I hope its not too late. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
