so my buddy blew his 3.0 in his 97 ranger.. we bought a 96 3.0 with 60k for 800 yesterday... then looking it over an pretty much said its going back we got screwed.. oil pan had holes in it. missing dipstick manifolds are rotty bolts rotted broke. egr tube rotted..
i can pick up a 01 taurus motor with a vin code u for 400 basically we only need a block.. would this taurus motor work for this ranger? what taurus years would be a good canidate?
