location of the egr valve

As you look at the engine from the front of the truck it is on the right side of the motor on the intake manifold. There is a line running to it from the exhaust manifold.

Make sure you have one first. My calibration code states my engine was built in NY state and it doesn't have an EGR system. Are you having an EGR code come up??

Best way to find out is to go look to see if it is there. I agree with Hahn 93's shouldn't have an EGR unless it had California Emission's.
