Wiring Harness for Ranger

Does anyone know if a wiring harness off of a 95 up Explorer will interchange onto a Ranger? I am wanting to change my wiring harness out on my 93 Ranger to an updated 95 up so I will be able to adjust the rev limiter. All help is appreciated.
