will 2 inch jeep coil spacers work with the ranger? I have a pair that i found laying around. they are from Rocky Road brand. I haven't been able to take pics, but maybe you guys have an idea of what they look like. If they will work than thats awesome, i will be able to level out my truck up front.

Are they the aluminum type with the tapered ends on them?

I really doubt they would work.

I've seen lots of different coil spacers for jeeps, none of which would work on an rbv.

Looks like you could use them if you got longer studs, but I'd get 1" F-150 spacers instead. Poly spacers can deteriorate over time. At least use something metal.

With 2" spacers you'd get 3" of lift, more than you can align with stock brackets.

If they measure an actual 2" they are too long to be able to align the front end with stock drop brackets anyway. 1.5" under the coil is about the max.

so i could trim it down to a inch and slap it in? i need maybe a 1-2" of lift in the front to level my truck out.

A 1" spacer will get you 1.5" of lift due to the front axle design.

all i need is really a 1" to level it out somewhat. ill trim these spacers i got and give them a try!...its just temporary for the time being.

I think they will be too big to fit the RBV coil properly.
