how difficult is it to swap a 4 speed for a 5 speed stick in an 84 B2?
The 4 speed doesn't cut it on the freeway.

As far as I know, any tranny from the same engine should fit in and bolt up just fine. Don't quote me on that though, but as far as I know it is correct.

The TK5 is a couple inches longer than the TK4. You need to chop your driveshaft and fabricate a rear mount.

I seem to remember most all else being the same.
