how do you take them off i need to change a bulb (2003 ranger)

Remove the headlight housing. There are two umm....I guess you can call them pins behind the headlight. Pull them both up and the headlight housing will come out. That will give you access to the corner light, but I find it easy to remove the corner light as well. It's just two screws holding it in.
