Tow Package?

What does the factory Tow Package include and how can I tell if it has the Tow Package? Is there something on the door jam label that will indicate it?
 
The factory tow package on a ranger just includes the class III receiver hitch (look under the rear bumper and see if there is a 2" square hole for a draw bar). I don't believe the factory tow package on rangers includes over sized radiators, over sized transmission coolers or oil coolers as many larger trucks like the F250 do. If memory serves correct, the 4 pin flat style trailer wiring harness comes standard on all 98+ rangers, tow package or not.
