94 2.3L 2wd Dome & Reverse Lights Stay On

Dome and white light on the exterior of the rear of the cab won't go off on my 94 2.3L 2wd. The white lights on the tail lights are not on.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried turning the headlight switch knob clockwise?
 
it could be the switch in the door latch. Try spraying the latch with WD-40, or PB Blaster.:)shady
 
1994's still had the pin switches in the front door jambs. The 95's changed over to those latch switches that eventually get stuck on all the time.

Passenger door pin latch was jammed... The thing is, it hadn't used the passenger door all day? Go figure...

I'm having this issue with my 99 XLT. Is the trick to just spray WD40 and open and close a bunch??
