Got my cam sensor sychronized the other day and it helped out alot but the truck is starting to run like crap again. Got rich codes and p1132 and p1152 codes. Ive searched and come up with so may different solutions to my problem, anything from coolant temp sensors to o2 sensors or vacuum leaks. Im not used to working on newer cars so i dont know where to start to hunt down the problem and not be throwing money at this thing. If anyone could help me out, that would be great. Thanks, John

i would start off by spraying carb and choke cleaner or another flamable aerosol all over the running motor, if it revs up, you have a vaccuum leak. Then i would unplug and replug sensors one at a time, until something changes.(Not perfect but sometimes works)

I believe you can test the coolant temp sensor with a multimeter. If you have one of these you can test a few of the sensors to eliminate them as possibilities, or even find the problem. I think the o2 sensors are harder to test, but I could be wrong. I know you can ohm the injectors. And like mentioned above, I use brake parts cleaner or carb cleaner, spray areas where vacuum is, like where the upper intake plenum meets lower intake.

some sensors if you unplug them the ecu will take over and you wont see anything change, so try to test the sensors in question if possible before replacing.
