It has a little trouble starting sometimes. Just recently after driving on the highway for about 10 miles around 70mph, when I would exit, the idle would go up to about 1800 and not come back down till i started moving. When I would stop it would do the same thing. Sometimes it would pulse like it wanted to go down, it would, then it would climb back up and do the same thing again. Also, it frequently would drop to around 400rpms at idle and be very shaky. I put a new air filter in, cleaned the throttle body good, which helped, but it still does the same things every now and then, just not quite as bad or as frequently.

Could it be the throttle position sensor? Anyone have any other ideas of what could be broke or dirty? The truck runs ok, its just these little things that Im trying to get cleaned up.

Try cleaning the MAF sensor. Use only MAF sensor cleaner though.
