RCD has one for $2400 and Dixon Bros has one for approx $6000.
The RCD seems like the way to go.

The RCD kit is no longer being made, you would have to find someplace that has a kit in stock still.

The RCD kit wont fit an 05, there is a problem with the brake rotor clearance. The Dixon Brothers kit widens the front end by almost 9 inches. Looks like the only way is to piece parts together. Ruffstuff Specialties sells alot of custom suspension brackets that would work.

The Brake Rotor situation is real BUT it is not a problem; all you have to do it convert to a 2002 Rotors.
I am not sure but I believe that the rotor is a direct swap.
Buy new Rotors, slotted, crossed drilled; another thing to add to the list.
