Changed driver side ball joints now I gotta bad vibration when tight turning or puttin on the brakes at about 60 miles an hour, whats up?

you might try to check that all bolts are tight, you might also check to see if you knocked any of the wheel weights off when you took the tire of.
check tie rods too

Thanks fellas, I am gonna do the other side tomorrow, get an alignment and have the rotors turned, and check all the nuts and bolts, hopefully that fixes it cause my 18 year old girl wants her truck back, but I cant let her drive it with that bad a wobble.
