Well one will give you 10% more fuel economy.

So if I run 5 together, I'll get 50% more fuel economy.

And if I run ten my truck won't need gas at all.

And if i run 20 then my truck actually makes gas.

I win.

it seems like they would acually restrict a bit of flow dont you think? so that would kinda kill mileage

I like this little gem they have on the MPG tips page:

Fill your tank at the coolest time of day-
Fuel is denser when it's cool in the early morning or late night.. Your engine consumes fuel by weight but gas pumps dispense fuel by volume. The colder the fuel is when you pump it, the more of it you get for the same money

Last I checked, the under-surface temp of the earth didn't change throughout the day... so the the underground tanks, well, don't change temp!

Kinda like that PowerAid thing my dad put on the Blazer. FYI, it doesn't work either and now just makes a whistle noise at certain RPMs. These gimmiks probably work best for TBI or Carbed engines.

Next time, they will make one for Direct Fuel Injection engines.

I saw them listed for Diesels in a catalog once, apparently they still helped improve fuel atomization... http://www.michiganwheelers.com/forums/images/smilies/sFi_stickpoke2.gif
