It's 2WD with the 4x4 suspension (torsion bars)
The "Edge" model replaced it for '01, but came in both 2WD and 4x4. The 2WD Edge was essentially the same truck as the Trailhead.

So is the any thing to orry about if i cranked my t bars besides the alinment being screwed.

Well, no CV joints to worry about, but you'd still likely run into balljoint problems if you go too far with it.
I would say the same thing as for a 4WD, 1.5" max. height increase.
