So i was just reading the new Car & Driver I got in the mail the other day. They had a little blurb in there about the new explorers, I think they come out 2012 if I remember correctly. Anyways, it said that they are getting rid of the frame for all explorers and making it more like the flex. I personally think it looks like a landrover. This may be old news but just had to voice my disappointment in Ford. Luckily it's only a concept.

i don't like them... i do agree with the landrover bit

New suv's stink! I want them to have an actual 4wd system and a manual transmission with solid axles. Just think, 20 years down the road people like us who like 4x4's will have to work on them.

It's all about gas mileage now. Nobody but us uses or knows how to use a 4x4 anymore. If i wanted a vehicle with good gas mileage I'd get a fawkin prius.
