z max oil additive

i was wondering if anybody has ever used this stuff and if it worked or not
i have 151k miles on my truck and i just want to keep it running for as long as possible and if this stuff really gets rid of engine deposits and all that crap ill use it

i used the z max fuel additive stuff im not sure if that worked
 
I'm really not a fan of oil additives. The oil companies spend a lot R&D formulating their oils and I wouldn't add anything to it that might upset the chemistry. When you consider that tons of engines go 250k+ on nothing but cheap oil, oil additives are just not necessary.
