Fog Lights on my 99 xlt

First off thanks to everyone for looking and helping me in all my past posts. Here is my question. After my truck was kissed by a toyota prius, I got a new bumper and a lower valnce from a 4x4 with the fog light holes. I got some fog lights that fit into the holes but are not stock. My question is from the other posts that I have read everyone wires their fogs up to a switch inside their cab. I don't want a switch for mine I just want them to turn on with my parking lights, can I just tap off the parking lights for this or is a switch mandatory??

You could go off the park lights, but not directly off them, you will want to use a relay and use the park light power to trigger the relay. You will still need a fused 12v source from the battery.
