the body is rusty, she runs rough from sitting for a few years and the gas tank need replaced the drives seat is worn and the headliner has fallen but its never been off roading

I bought an 84 last year off ebay that had some rust, ran decent with new tires for $100.00. That was an extremly good deal. Yours would probably go somewhere between $500.00 and $1000.00 depending on the area you live and the right buyer. This of course is based on the condition you wrote.

Last year a friend and I bought an 85 BroncoII with funky tail-light wiring that only needed a starter relay for $200. No rust, ran great, new tires and wheels.
