I'm trying to pull my engine. Where are the front and rear attaching points for a chain onto which I can attach the hook of the winch?
1999 ext cab 4wd 3.0.
 
a chain bolted to the front of one cylinder head to the rear of the opposite head works just fine.
 
Thanks Kawaskiman .We got it in but it was quite a struggle. I have done about 4 clutch jobs where the transmission mated up to the engine without trouble but we had a hard time reinstalling the engine the to the transmission the angle seemed to be critcal.
