Hey all.
I have a 1993 Ford Ranger Xlt, 4x4, with 5-speed Manual Trans, and electric transfer case.

My clutch needed to be bled. So, I had a person to help me do it. After that. Everything worked terrific. The gear shifter literally just falls into gear. But, the thing is, while I'm driving (no matter what gear) the transmittion makes a grinding noise continueously until I reach a certain rpm for that gear. Any help would be awsome.

If you can, ask me any questions, that you may need to know.

I too have a similar problem. A while back i had my clutch replaced by a reputable(?) mechanic and since then third, fourth, and fifth gear have made a grinding noise at certain speeds. EX. I used to go to fifth at 40mph but now it just makes a grinding noise and sets up a vibration until about 60mph it disappears and is quite like it always was. 164,000 miles, 2.3, 1991, 2wd

PS. first post hopefully i did it right
