What would be involved as far as cutting and welding, etc. in putting an I-Beam F150 suspension into my Mazda B? And could I put a lifted F150 suspension on there? I haven't done much research just yet but has anyone done it or know someone that has?

Ranger 5.0 - Not really interested in what would be the easiest thing to do; I don't really want (or need) a lift for wheeling. What I want is something that will get me a little higher off the ground and extend my front end's track width.

Camburg sells those 4.5" extended I-Beams; think they would work with SJ's extended radius arms (so I don't have to drop all that $ on all Camburg stuff). I'm trying to save some money but am also concerned with the quality of the product going onto the truck but, like I said, hardcore wheeling is not in my future, my truck is my work truck and DD. Sometimes I have to get out on the beach to get to the house we're working on which I why I was thinking a more desert-type truck would be good.

you would ned some fab skills to pull it off. you cant just bolt them on and go.you will have one wheel sticking out further than the other due to the frame width diffrence of the f1 and ranger.
