high idle 88 2.3

my 88 2.3 has had a high idel for long time now.it idles at 2100 to 2000 rpm. is this right? i have cleand throtel body, i have cleand iac, then replaced the iac (that helped with other probs)cleand air box,hoses to the air box,if i have a vacume leak i cant find it! disconected neg lead over night. can i turn down my idel manualy? like on a carb?

deffenitely sounds like a vaccum leak or IAC. I know you replaced the IAC, so more than likely vaccum. might check for an intake leak after the MAF.

My 95 does this rarely. The way I fix this problem on mine is to turn the truck off and on and then it will Idle normally. Weird! Should this be a concern to me?
