need help deciding

If it is possible can you add body colored fender flares and side body strips? also a slight lift with some bigger tire if possible? I am in a dilema whether or not to go body color on the flares. please help

Here you go. Sorry if the lift doesnt look that great... This was the first truck that I put a lift on. Hope this helps your decision.
