thats what ill be using on my race truck (execpt they are 33s). BFGs are a great desert tire IMO. the BFG Baja T/As are top notch but they are expensive unless you find them used

BFG AT's are great tires for all around use. except for mud bogging.....
here's one of the 31's on 15x6 rims that are on my jeep. that has 30,000 plus on them.

the BFG baja is a great tire also, for a purpose tire. as they cost $$$$ and they are bias ply and like to flat spot. But they can run over dam near anything.

^ assuming you do not get the DOT approved Baja. the race tires are like you stated.

I have had really good luck with my Goodyear Yellow labels. in the size your looking for you can get them in the Ats in a harder compound. The off the shelf tires will last longer then the race tires. The race tires I use outlast the BFGs just to give you an idea. :)

well should a 6" front/ 4" rear lift let me ride 31's with plenty of travel room?
