Google acting weird on my computer..

This has been happening for close to a week now. Whenever I go to google.com ... google.co.jp loads instead, every time. Even when I use the Google toolbar thats what comes up. I've run my anti-spyware and virus programs, and have changed my popup blocker settings on firefox, with no change. TIA.

74.125.45.100 does work for me...which could mean I have a DNS issue apparently. Can someone point me in the right direction on how to fix this?

Firefox has some quirks that I'm not familiar with either...but did you try deleting and reinstalling it? Mine seems to work fine most of the time but sometimes it seems like it has a mind of it's own...and I'm really not crazy about the way it scrolls...but I did manage to correct that a bit with the settings on the mouse...

When I clicked the settings button on the right hand side of my google toolbar, the first option I could mess with after hitting options was "Search box setting". When that was clicked, at the bottom it gave me the choice to pick which google site to use.

Mines been doing that recently but it sends me to the french one. There was a link to go to google english, I clicked that and alls good until i clear cookies.

This is probably a cookie problem. Dump all cookies and try again. Download Ccleaner and run it too.
